With picturesque views of the Brazos Valley, the Conference Center, the Overlook Room, and its adjoining patio are perfect spaces for meetings, weddings and reunions. An Education Center is located adjacent to the conference center and consists of two classroom style spaces, perfect for smaller groups. On the hillside behind the Visitor Center is a spacious amphitheater. We also offer two picnic pavilions in a shaded pecan grove for rental, as well.

Pricing, all require contracts:

Group Picnic Pavilion (small): capacity 50; fee: $60.00; includes group picnic tables, group grill, no electricity, water is nearby. Available 8:00 a.m. until sundown.

Group Picnic Pavilion (large): capacity 100; fee: $75.00; includes group picnic tables, 2 group grills, electricity (3 outlets; 60 amp circuits); 3 overhead lights; water. Available 8:00 a.m. until sundown

Lecture/Meeting Room I (Education Center): includes 2 spaces: large room capacity: 50, small room capacity: 30; fee: $175.00; includes tables and chairs. Food and drinks are prohibited. Available 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Lecture/Meeting Room II (Overlook Room): capacity: 70 banquet seating; fee: $200.00; includes 70 chairs and 8 tables (60″ round). Available 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Auditorium/Conference Center: capacity: 400 audience; 250 banquet seating; fee: $650.00; includes 400 chairs, 25 tables (8′ long x 30″ wide folding); 25- 60″ round tables available for $8.00 each. Available 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  Party is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs; cleanup is required.

Amphitheater: capacity 2,115; fee: $200.00.  Available 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
