RENTALS
With picturesque views of the Brazos Valley, the Conference Center and the Overlook Room, and its adjoining patio are perfect spaces for meetings, weddings and reunions. We also offer two picnic pavilions in a shaded pecan grove for rental, as well.
Pricing, all require contracts:
Pecan Grove Pavilion (small)
Capacity 50
Fee: $120. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required.
Includes group picnic tables, group grill, no electricity, water is nearby.
Available 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Burr Oak Pavilion (large)
Capacity 100
Fee: $150.00. $50 non-refundable deposit is required.
Includes group picnic tables, 2 group grills, electricity (3 outlets; 60 amp circuits); 3 overhead lights; water.
Available 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Brazos Overlook
Capacity 70 Banquet Seating
Fee: With Catering Kitchen $700, Without Catering Kitchen $500. $200 non-refundable deposit is required.
Includes 70 chairs and 8 tables (60″ round). Large commercial refrigerator & microwave available. Party is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs; cleanup is required.
Available until 5pm. Option for extended hours until 8pm.
Two Rivers Grand Hall (Conference Center)
Capacity 200 Banquet Seating
Fee: $1,800. $200 non-refundable deposit is required.
Includes 200 chairs, 22 tables (8′ long x 30″ wide folding). Party is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs; cleanup is required.
Available until 5pm. Option for extended hours until 8pm.
