Tavern Tidbits; Pickles & Spices

Learn about 1830s food preservation in Hall & Lott’s Tavern on the Washington Townsite. Historic menus commonly list pickles, eggs, and dried items for sale in addition to the more common pork and corn. Food preservation will be on-going throughout the day.
